It is really moving back tt Moe away from these practices. yet, it will take many years b4 widely accepted by all parents. TYS is the concept of deep in the minds of parents.
My only complaint is some tt, perhaps, the MOE may allow a way to slow learners to be "current" in the elite group of students preparing for leadership positions ahead. U can communicate with students the SEC PRI 2 and 4, but also with the "weaker" students do well in the scholarship programs, if they can approve it. Slowness in learning does not equal stupid. Einstein was a genius slow-learning!
